Products, prices and orders

Available product options, currency, prices, discounts and delivery charges are displayed on the website. Check the final order before confirming. If a material pricing or availability error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you with a correction or cancellation and return any affected captured payment.

Payment authorisation

The payment provider may first reserve funds as an authorisation. An authorisation is not a completed charge. Where the checkout uses this process, you confirm your delivery details and final total before we capture payment. An increased total, changed currency or a provider requirement may require a fresh authorisation. Unused authorisations are released; your provider determines how quickly a hold disappears.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Estimated delivery is around 15 calendar days after confirmation and capture. See our shipping and returns pages for delivery charges, cancellations, the 30-day change-of-mind return process and remedies for faulty items. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order as agreed.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms applicable when you ordered remain relevant to that order.
