Delivery area and timing

We currently deliver to United States (US). Estimated delivery is around 15 calendar days after your order is confirmed and payment is captured. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Stock availability, carrier delays, customs and public holidays may affect delivery.

Delivery charges

Available shipping charges and any free-shipping qualification are shown during checkout. Discounts may change the amount that qualifies for free shipping. The final delivery address and order total must be confirmed before we capture an authorised payment.

Tracking and delays

We email tracking information when it is available. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact

Address changes and cancellation

Check your address carefully before confirming. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We can cancel an unfulfilled order when it has not already entered dispatch. A change that increases the total or requires a new payment authorisation will be confirmed with you first.

Import charges

If an order is shipped internationally, duties or import charges may apply. Any charge collected by us is shown before payment; charges assessed separately by authorities or carriers are not included unless stated.
